· To recruit employees, Creating a detailed job description for all employees. Design a screening test that aligns with the job requirement. Track employees, Measure leave, late and early leaving · Ensure open and transparent communication channel between managers and employees. Conduct regular feedback sessions both formal and informal (KHI test ), Acknowledge and reward employee achievement fostering a sense of appreciation and motivation and plan team building activity · Track the time taken to address and resolve complaint or issues raised by employees, suppliers and customers · Access the timely completion of task and assignments , ensuring deadlines are met consistently. · Measure the time taken to respond to emails phone calls and other enquires to ensure timely communication , overall efficiency of administrative process including document handling, communication and task completion · Measure the efficient use of workspace and resources, optimising seating arrangements and lay out , use a rotation system to temporarily assign the absence persons to another team member · Maintain a status on all projects and proactively communicate with management and customers · Facilitate and coordinate internal communication within the organization departments. · Maintaining employee records and documentation and Managing administrative records and files. · Evaluating performance, setting goals, and introducing improvement plans as needed. · Managing employee meetings and reporting on HR matters. · Recognizing training needs and arranging development programs to assist employees in their professional growth. · Making sure to follow labor laws and handling legal issues related to HR and administration. · Responsible for coordinating all sales and purchases outside Kerala. · Monitor and update the sales team on targets and incentives. · Should notify and celebrate the special occasions of the staff. Requirements: MBA in HR preferred Analytical experience required Strong ability to analyze raw data, draw conclusions, and develop actionable recommendations Sound business decision-making ability Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Ability to communicate with people of various technical and business backgrounds 1-3 years of experience in the relevant field preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Work Location: In person
