We are seeking an experienced WFA - SF People Analytics professional with 4+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics and Workforce Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics modules, developing insightful HR dashboards and analytical reports, and transforming workforce trends into actionable insights for HR and business leaders. Responsibilities: Manage and provide ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics modules. Develop, maintain, and enhance HR dashboards and analytical reports within SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. Analyze complex workforce trends, identify key patterns, and deliver actionable insights to HR and business leaders to support strategic decision-making. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data, and facilitate seamless integration between various HR systems. Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders and business leaders to identify reporting enhancement opportunities and implement solutions that meet evolving analytical needs. Mandatory Qualifications: 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics. 4+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics. Proven ability to develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytical reports. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret workforce data and translate it into actionable business insights. Experience in ensuring data accuracy and managing data integration within HR systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with data visualization tools beyond SuccessFactors. Knowledge of HR processes and metrics. SAP SuccessFactors certification in Workforce Analytics or People Analytics.
