We are looking for a results-driven and innovation-focused Lead – Oracle ERP Platform Support (Managed Services) to drive the end-to-end support and transformation of large Oracle ERP environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in multiple Oracle ERP modules (such as Finance, SCM, HCM, Projects, Procurement), proven experience running large-scale managed services, and the ability to lead service improvement through Gen AI, automation, and next-gen solution buildouts.
This role also involves direct contribution to business development, pre-sales, and client advisory to help expand managed services footprint and value delivery.
1. Managed Services Leadership:
Lead and manage Oracle ERP managed services engagements across multiple clients, covering incident management, problem resolution, change/release management, and continuous service improvement.
Ensure SLA/KPI adherence, root cause analysis, and client satisfaction through structured governance models.
Build and maintain strong operational discipline with automation-first mindset to reduce manual efforts and errors.
2. Oracle ERP Functional & Technical Expertise
Oversee support across key Oracle ERP modules:
Finance (AP, AR, GL, FA)
Supply Chain (PO, INV, OM, WMS)
Human Capital Management (HCM Core, Payroll, Absence)
Projects, Procurement, and Advanced Procurement
Understand and guide both functional workflows and underlying technical architecture (e.g., integrations, customizations, reporting, APIs).
Collaborate with functional leads, DBAs, and technical consultants to resolve complex platform issues.
3. Innovation & AI/Automation Integration
Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and user experience using Gen AI (e.g., LLMs for ticket triage, knowledge bots, virtual assistants).
Drive automation initiatives for routine activities such as patching, user support, reconciliations, and reporting.
Lead the design and deployment of AI-based solutions for predictive issue resolution, anomaly detection, and demand forecasting.
4. Business Development & Solutioning
Support pre-sales activities, including crafting RFP/RFI responses, creating pricing models, and participating in client presentations.
Build new managed services offerings and reusable frameworks around Oracle ERP support (including OCI-based and hybrid cloud models).
Collaborate with sales and solution architects to position Oracle ERP support transformation solutions and upsell service enhancements.
5. Team Leadership & Delivery Management
Manage and mentor large, distributed delivery teams including functional consultants, technical support, and service desk teams. Establish training and knowledge transfer programs to continuously upgrade team capabilities.
Lead delivery reviews, capacity planning, and performance optimization initiatives.
Be the primary escalation point for client delivery and ensure proactive communication and stakeholder management.
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Applications, or a related field.
Certifications (Preferred)
Oracle Cloud ERP Certifications (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.)
ITIL Foundation or Practitioner
Project/Service Management certifications (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) are a plus
10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP support, delivery, and operations.
Strong functional understanding of multiple Oracle ERP modules and hands-on experience leading delivery teams.
Proven track record of managing global delivery models (onshore/offshore) for large-scale clients.
Experience in business development, client engagement, and pre-sales in the managed services domain.
Demonstrated ability to implement GenAI, RPA, and intelligent automation for ERP operations.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
