Role Overview:

Associate Director – Inside Sales

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, shaping sales strategy, and building a customer-first culture within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing inside sales team to exceed targets and drive performance excellence.
• Design and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company goals to accelerate revenue growth.
• Own end-to-end pipeline management, sales forecasting, and performance tracking using data-driven insights.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Operations, and other teams to enhance lead quality, product feedback, and go-to-market strategies.
• Build and implement effective training programs to continuously upskill team members and enhance sales capabilities.
• Use sales analytics and KPIs to identify trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement across the funnel.
• Efficiently manage sales budgets and resource allocation to maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth.

Requirements:

• Proven track record of managing large sales teams and consistently meeting/exceeding revenue targets
• Strong understanding of CRM systems, pipeline metrics, and data-led sales forecasting
• Excellent communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Prior experience in
