Job Description

As an Associate Account Manager at our company, you will be responsible for a combination of strategic account management (60%) and sales analytics support (40%) to ensure client satisfaction and business growth. You will work closely with the Account Manager based in the US and collaborate with various teams to deliver exceptional service to our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. - Account Maintenance: Proactively monitor account health, identify issues, and implement solutions to maintain strong partnerships. - Renewal Management: Assist with the contract renewal processes, monitor renewals vs at-risk clients, and ensure rotation readiness. - Customer CRM Updates: Maintain accurate client information in Monday.com, including project status, communication logs, and milestones. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, operations, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience. - Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary. - Performance Reporting: Generate and analyze account performance metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities. - Data Analysis: Support sales forecasting and pipeline management through comprehensive data analysis. - Dashboard Development: Create and maintain client-specific dashboards and reporting tools. - Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market data to support strategic account planning. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Master's degree in Sales, Operations, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). - 2-3 years of professional experience in account management, sales support, or client services. - Demonstrated experience with CRM platforms and project management tools. - Proficiency in Monday.com or similar project management platform. Experience with sales analytics tools and dashboard creation. - Strong understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
