Role: Assistant Vice President – Enterprise Sales
At TartanHQ, we empower enterprises to unlock business efficiency through intelligent data, automation, and platform-led solutions. As an Assistant Vice President – Enterprise Sales, you will lead strategic engagements with large enterprises, driving adoption of BI, ERP, and SaaS platforms across industries outside BFSI. This is a high-impact role for a proven enterprise sales leader who thrives in consultative selling, builds trust with CXOs, and closes complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Enterprise Growth: Identify, pursue, and win new enterprise accounts while deepening relationships with existing clients.
- Lead Strategic Deals: Own end-to-end execution of complex consultative deals ($100K+), navigating multiple stakeholders across functions.
- Pipeline & Forecasting: Ensure CRM discipline, accurate forecasting, and predictable revenue delivery.
- Engage Executives: Build trust-based partnerships with CXOs and position TartanHQ as their preferred innovation and transformation partner.
- Voice of the Customer: Capture and share client insights to inform TartanHQ’s product roadmap and GTM strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to deliver successful customer outcomes.
- Industry Representation: Act as a TartanHQ brand ambassador at events, webinars, and executive roundtables.
What We’re Looking For
- Enterprise SaaS / Platform Expertise: 10+ years in enterprise sales with strong experience in BI, ERP, SaaS, or automation platforms (APIs, integrations, AI).
- Industry Experience (Non-Financial): Proven track record selling into retail, telecom, healthcare, IT/ITES, logistics, or supply chain enterprises.
- Consultative Selling Success: Demonstrated ability to close large, multi-stakeholder, solution-led deals.
- Proven Performance: Strong history of sales achievements, awards/recognition, with MBA or sales certifications as an advantage.
- Data-Driven Approach: Excellent skills in pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue discipline.
- Builder’s Mindset: Ability to design, implement, and scale enterprise sales processes in fast-growth environments.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communicator and influencer with CXOs, business leaders, and technical stakeholders.
