The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for managing and executing end-to-end recruitment activities for both IT and Non-IT functions across the organization. The role involves strategic sourcing, team leadership, stakeholder management, and ensuring quality hires within defined timelines. The ideal candidate should have 5–6 years of relevant experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
