Job Summary:

Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the

  entire recruitment life cycle

  from sourcing to onboarding.
• Collaborate with

  business stakeholders and hiring managers

  to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring plans.
• Drive

  bulk hiring

  for BPO operations and

  niche hiring

  for IT & Non-IT roles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
• Conduct resume screening, telephonic interviews, and coordinate client/hiring manager interviews.
• Manage

  stakeholder relationships

  by providing regular updates, reports, and insights on recruitment progress.
• Monitor and achieve key recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and quality of hire.
• Support HR operations in offer rollouts, onboarding, and documentation.
• Lead, guide, and mentor a small team of recruiters (if applicable).
• Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Proven experience in

  stakeholder management and client coordination

  .
• Hands-on experience in

  BPO, IT, and Non-IT recruitment

  .
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing techniques, and market mapping.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills using Excel and ATS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in BPO or IT sectors.
