Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

• Partner with Business Development, International Marketing, and International Sales leadership to understand workforce requirements and role specifications.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, to final offer closure.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies (job portals, LinkedIn, headhunting, networking, employee referrals, consultants).
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for niche roles in international business, market expansion, and sales.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs and selection criteria.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring trends.
• Coordinate with department heads and HR business partners to ensure timely onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards during hiring.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices in recruitment.
• Collaborate with HR & Corporate Communications for employer branding initiatives targeting pharmaceutical sales & international marketing professionals.
• Build long-term relationships with potential candidates for future talent requirements.
