As an Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition at ixigo , you will lead and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for our Engineering and Product teams. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience, and supporting business growth by hiring high-performing individuals across technical functions. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding. You will be expected to : Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts — from job postings and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding. Partner with engineering, product, and support function leads to understand hiring needs and implement scalable recruitment strategies. Employ innovative, multi-channel sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive talent. Drive recruiting process excellence through talent pipeline development, ATS optimization, and performance reporting. Ensure a positive, engaging candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for ixigo at every stage of the hiring process. Collaborate with the People Team on employer branding, campus hiring, and other strategic talent initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute comprehensive hiring strategies across technical, product, and support roles. Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement scalable, long-term hiring solutions. Source high-quality candidates using networks, job boards, internal databases, referrals, and partnerships. Plan, manage, and execute campus recruitment programs across leading engineering institutions in India. Oversee and streamline internal job posting processes across multiple departments. Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process in line with internal policies. Deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience, providing new hires with strong support from offer to integration. Guarantee a consistent and positive interview experience for all candidates, regardless of hiring outcome. Lead ixigo’s employer branding efforts to position the company as a preferred destination for top tech talent. Requirements: 3–5 years of technical recruiting experience in e-commerce/SaaS/product organizations B.Tech/MBA, preferably from a premier college or university Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and closing high-caliber candidates across various roles and functions. Strong command of modern recruiting tools, platforms, and strategic sourcing techniques. Experience in building and executing passive talent engagement strategies. Passion for delivering a differentiated and memorable candidate experience. Deep understanding of technology with the ability to connect meaningfully with tech professionals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and build candidate trust. Strong organizational and analytical capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
