We’re on the lookout for a passionate and results-oriented Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition to drive scalable hiring strategies and build high-performing teams. If you have a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment within dynamic, fast-paced environments and you're eager to shape the future of food and technology this is your moment to shine. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create effective hiring strategies. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and headhunting. Conduct initial screenings, evaluate candidates’ profiles, and coordinate interview processes. Work on improving offer-to-joiner ratios and onboarding conversions. Maintain and track recruitment metrics (Time to Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, etc.). Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey. Coordinate with HR and business units for seamless onboarding. Support employer branding initiatives and campus hiring drives. Mentor and guide junior recruiters to meet hiring targets and quality standards. Collaborate with HR on onboarding and talent planning initiative. Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports for leadership review. Conduct hiring trend analysis and provide actionable insights to improve processes. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and internal databases. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s/master’s degree in HR or related field. 7-11 years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced/start-up environment. Strong sourcing and headhunting skills. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders. Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Excel. Data-driven mindset with the ability to generate insights from recruitment metrics.
