WAT ZOEKEN WE? Job Responsibilities Manage end-to-end mass recruitment for various roles, ensuring quality and quantity hiring. Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-volume candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet the company's workforce needs. Work closely with hiring managers and HR teams to understand workforce requirements and deliver on hiring targets. Conduct bulk interviews, drive recruitment events, and manage vendor partnerships for large-scale hiring. Ensure a seamless candidate experience and improve offer-to-joining ratios. Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to optimize hiring strategies. Key Requirements 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in mass/bulk hiring. Strong experience in BPO/KPO, retail, BFSI, manufacturing, or any high-volume hiring industry is preferred. Expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, Shine, Indeed, and other platforms. Ability to manage multiple hiring drives and meet tight deadlines. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of recruitment analytics and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
