Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

We are hiring for a Chemical / Speciality Chemical Giant , public listed company based out of Noida

Those from Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Companies can also apply.

Those working in IT / Services Sector Companies are not at all eligible.

Experience: 6 years to 10 years

Qualification: MBA in HR (Full time / Part Time)

Location:

5 days working Week schedule

It's Corporate Office Role: The role requires hiring Talents for all Corporate Office / Regional Sales Roles.

Plant level roles at GM and above are also handled by Corporate Office.

Plant HR-TA team takes care of junior roles for mfg roles at the plant level.

Key Accountability:

Major focus is to hire with the support of Corporate HR Team with little or no outside support.

Use Job Portals, Company Jobs Pages / LinkedIn to fill positions, mandates from Executive to Senior Leadership roles.
