Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely hiring of qualified and culturally aligned candidates. The role involves manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination with department heads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for all departments, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruitment plans.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Conduct preliminary interviews and assessments to shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Coordinate interview schedules, selection processes, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
  • Issue offer letters, negotiate compensation within company guidelines, and ensure timely joining.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards, candidate databases, and weekly hiring reports.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience and handover to HR Operations.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and participate in campus hiring when required.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and labor regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or any related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and manage hiring deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
