Assistant Manager - Learning and Development

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager - Learning and Development to join our team at the Hospitality Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and learning and development, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet business objectives.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted interventions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align learning initiatives with business goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and recommend improvements.
• Manage and maintain accurate records of learning activities and participant feedback.

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
• Experience with learning management systems and other relevant technologies.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
