Job Title: Assistant Manager - Learning and Development

Role Summary:
The L&D Program Manager will lead outcome-driven learning initiatives, focusing on training impact analysis, individual feedback, program design, and handbook development. You will be responsible for refining learning strategies and ensuring the effectiveness of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Lead Training Outcome Analysis and Assess the Impact on Performance

Conduct data-driven training outcome analysis to measure effectiveness and impact on employee performance.

Develop assessment tools to evaluate learning retention and application in real work scenarios.

Use feedback loops and key performance metrics to refine training programs.
2.Design Structured Individual Feedback Mechanisms for Employees

Establish clear, structured feedback processes for employees post-training.

Develop self-assessment and peer-assessment tools for continuous learning improvement.

Implement coaching and mentoring strategies to support individual growth.
3.Develop and Implement Competency Frameworks for Role-Based Training

Define competency benchmarks for different roles within the organization.

Align training modules with skill requirements to enhance job performance.

Ensure role-based learning paths are structured for career progression.
4.Guide and Support Trainers in Enhancing Facilitation Techniques

Mentor and support trainers to strengthen their facilitation skills.

Provide ongoing capacity-building workshops to improve training delivery.

Ensure trainers apply best practices in engagement and adult learning principles
5.Work on the L&D Handbook, Ensuring Structured Documentation of Processes

Maintain a comprehensive L&D handbook.

Document best practices, frameworks, and guidelines for training consistency.

Ensure accessibility and usability of resources for trainers and employees.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduation/ Postgraduate.

Proven experience (Minimum 4 years) in L&D, program design, and training strategy.

Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and assessment

Proficiency in designing competency frameworks and training roadmaps

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and written communication skills in English and preferably Hindi/Assamese.
