The Job description for the role is as follows: As the Junior Social Worker/Classroom Assistant you would be working and implementing the Akshar Education Model in the Government School in Varanasi- Support and assist Government teachers with the Akshar toolkit in class(Worksheet, Tablets and digital classes) Print worksheets and workbooks, maintain tablets and devices Assist Akshar Coordinator in coordinating vocational training in the school Support the Akshar coordinator to ensure smooth implementation of the Program Required: Reading, Writing and speaking proficiency of English Reading,Writing, and Speaking proficiency of Hindi Experience: 0 - 2 years experience teaching full time/part time/Teaching in a School/Educational Program Graduation in Education/Management/Social Sciences (Good to have) Internships and industrial experience will be an added advantage Skills: Teaching Coaching Communication Interpersonal Skills Communication Skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
