Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager HR to lead our HR functions in our organization. The successful candidate will develop and implement HR strategies, foster a positive work environment, and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Job Title: Assistant Manager - HR Location: Navi Mumbai Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment:- 1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and onboarding. 2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. 3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and ensure timely filling of positions. Strategic HR: - 1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives. 2. Conduct workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning. 3. Foster a culture of innovation, engagement, and continuous improvement. Recruitment Staffing: - 1. Oversee recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring. 2. Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs. 3. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Employee Relations: - 1. Manage employee conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions. 2. Conduct investigations, mediate disputes, and provide guidance. 3. Foster positive employee relations. Performance Management: - 1. Develop and implement performance management systems. 2. Conduct performance evaluations, goal setting, and talent development. 3. Monitor and analyze employee performance metrics. Compensation Benefits: - 1. Design and manage compensation and benefits programs. 2. Conduct market research and salary benchmarking. 3. Ensure compliance with benefits administration. Training Development: - 1. Develop and deliver training programs (soft skills, technical skills). 2. Identify training needs and evaluate program effectiveness. 3. Collaborate with external training providers. Compliance Risk Management: - 1. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. 2. Manage risk mitigation strategies and HR-related audits. 3. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation. Requirements 4+ years of experience in Human Resource Management, preferably in Contact Center. Postgraduate degree in HR, Business, or related field. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in HR software. CTC: Negotiable on last drawn.
