Position : Team Leader Age : 25 to 30 years Education : Graduate Experience :2 3 years in collection field Reporting to : AM/ DM Collection Industry : BFSI/Investments/BPO Role Responsibilities Drive and achieve targets of your territory for the unsecured loan, Vehicle loan business and other products. Coordinate with Feet on Street (FOS) employees to achieve the target. Ensure regular meeting with FOS along with their visit plan revenue generation. Monitor the overall performance of the FOS structure associated with the product assigned to them and manage performance effectively. Ensure the optimal allocation of budgeted resources at all times. Maintain productivity targets as agreed in line with address non-performing FOS executives. Develop and oversee the training and development of FOS staff. Establish lead management targets and standards to optimize sales conversion. Manage performance metrics for the FOS team and ensure compliance with set standards.
