Team Leader - Collection

Position: Team Leader – Collections (Voice Process) Requirement: Minimum 6 months’ experience as TL in Collections/Recovery. Candidate must have handled a collection team, driven recovery targets, and ensured compliance. Strong knowledge of collection strategies, team management, and call monitoring is essential. Key Responsibilities: Manage, guide, and motivate a team of collection agents in a voice process. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection/recovery targets. Monitor calls, provide constructive feedback, and ensure process adherence. Implement collection strategies to maximize recovery. Maintain compliance with regulatory and company guidelines. Prepare performance reports and present insights to management. Drive team engagement and performance improvement initiatives. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of proven experience as a Team Leader in Collections/Recovery (voice process). Strong knowledge of collection strategies, debt recovery, and compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills. Target-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work in a high-pressure, performance-oriented environment.
