Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader in Collections, located in Ulhasnagar. The Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of collection agents, ensuring that all debt collection activities are conducted efficiently and professionally. The role includes setting team goals, monitoring performance, providing feedback and training, and handling escalated customer issues. Additionally, the Team Leader will work closely with the finance department to optimize collection processes and strategies. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills necessary for problem-solving and decision-making Experience in Debt Collection and Customer Service interactions Background in Finance and financial management Proven Team Leadership skills, including team management and motivational abilities Excellent communication skills and an ability to handle escalations Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
