Job Role - Assistant Finance ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare comprehensive annual budgets and conduct financial analytics for India and Poland operations
Execute quarterly accruals and deliver monthly budget vs. actual reporting with detailed variance analysis
Lead vendor invoice review processes in collaboration with finance executives to ensure accuracy and compliance
Develop strategic forecasting models to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize budget performance
Mentor and guide finance team members, providing coaching on accuracy, error prevention, and best practices
Support cross-functional initiatives that drive operational efficiency and business growth
Contribute to JLL's culture of excellence through collaborative leadership and professional integrity
Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
5-8 years of progressive corporate finance experience with demonstrated expertise in financial analysis and budget management
Proven hands-on experience in financial domain with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including complex formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling)
Demonstrated experience with Power BI for financial reporting and data visualization
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively across diverse, multicultural teams
Experience in multi-country financial operations and understanding of regional compliance requirements
Proven track record of team leadership and mentoring with focus on accuracy and continuous improvement
Preferred QualificationsProfessional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)
Experience in real estate, professional services, or similar industry
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
Understanding of IFRS and local accounting standards for India and Poland
Experience with financial process automation and digital transformation initiatives
Multilingual capabilities (English plus Hindi/Polish preferred)
Previous experience in budget optimization and cost reduction initiatives
