Job Description

Locations: Pondicherry & Madikeri (Coorg)

Experience: 6–8 years in hotel finance operations

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA


Are you a seasoned finance professional with a passion for hospitality? Join our resort teams in Pondicherry and Madikeri to lead and elevate our Finance Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee Accounts, Credit, and overall finance operations
  • Ensure timely statutory and legal compliance
  • Manage budgets, fund allocations, and cost control
  • Generate and monitor cash flow, MIS, P&L, and balance sheet reports
  • Liaise with banks and financial institutions
  • Train and evaluate finance staff
  • Conduct departmental meetings and implement SOPs
  • Prepare annual budgets and monitor contractor services
  • Drive performance, efficiency, and compliance

What We’re Looking For:

  • 6–8 years of hotel/resort finance experience
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and compliance
  • Excellent communication and team management abilities
