Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive located in Kandaghat. The Guest Relations Executive will handle day-to-day guest interactions, ensuring member satisfaction through effective communication and superior customer service. The role involves managing guest inquiries, assisting with check-ins and check-outs, and providing information about the resort's facilities and experiences. Additionally, the Guest Relations Executive will support sales initiatives and contribute to creating memorable experiences for guests.
