Assistant Manager Finance - Delhi


Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager – Finance to join our finance team. The role will support financial planning, accounting, compliance, and reporting for a global E-commerce gifting brand that operates across 8+ countries. Roles & Responsibilities:

Accounting & Reporting:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and journal entries.
  • Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure accurate recording of revenues, expenses, and international transactions.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

  • Support budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Assist in preparing management reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Provide insights on financial performance for business decisions.

Compliance & Taxation:

  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax and assist with filing requirements.
  • Support statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments.
  • Coordinate with consultants on international compliance, forex transactions, and cross-border taxation.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management:

  • Assist in monitoring cash flows, working capital, and fund requirements.
  • Handle vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and treasury activities.
  • Ensure timely settlement of domestic and international transactions.

Process Improvement & Systems:

  • Contribute to automation of financial processes and system improvements.
  • Maintain internal controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, supply chain) to streamline financial processes.


Role Requirements:

  • CA-Inter/ MBA Finance
  • 2–4 years in accounting, finance, or FP&A (E-commerce/Retail/Consumer Goods preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/Accounting software and MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of international transactions, forex, and compliance is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country business environment
