This role will be crucial in supporting strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgets and forecasts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Track and analyze key financial metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators. Conduct profitability and cost analysis to optimize financial performance. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis. Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency. Key Qualifications Educational Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must. Relevant experience of 2 to 5 years in financial planning and analysis Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle etc. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
