Designation: Assistant Manager Work Location: Bangalore & Pune (Should be okay with both locations) Primary Job responsibilities Monthly books closing activities MIS and other reporting requirements Managing audit assignments like statutory audit, internal audit, IFC, Tax audit etc. AP and AR related activities Bank related requirements and covenants Review of Bank Reconciliation statement Preparation of workings and assist in filling of returns under Direct and Indirect Tax Any other activities under controllership. Pre-requisites CA with 3-5 years of experience Should have knowledge of accounting standards and Account Finalization. Should have knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax Compliance. Should have worked on Statutory Audit and Tax Audit. Must be proactive and enthusiastic. Possess good communication skills. Accuracy and attention to detail. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
