This role will be crucial in supporting strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgets and forecasts. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for management.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Key Qualifications Educational Qualification Chartered Accountant (CA) is a must. Relevant experience of 2 to 5 years in financial planning and analysis Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis. Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle etc. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Brand Strategy & Creative Direction: Lead brand vision, storytelling, and visual consistency across channels. - Creative Development & Execution: Oversee digital campaigns, packaging, social media, and other marketing materials. About the Role We are seeking highly skilled and results-driven Operations professionals with 5 - 8 years of experience across supply chain management, control tower operations, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and cost optimization. This is a cross-functional role that plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, visibility, and coordination across the end-to-end supply chain.
