Manager - Finance

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager - Accounting & Finance to support our US entity operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in the Accounts payable department.

Key Responsibilities :

• 
  Manage and Record the vendor invoices and payment entries accurately
• 
  Verify and reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• 
  Maintain vendor master data and ensure compliance with company policies
• 
  Strong Knowledge on Prepaid, Provisions, Fixed assets
• 
  Knowledge on USGAAP and other monthly compliance
• 
  Assist in month-end closing activities related to AP
• 
  Coordinate with internal departments for invoice approvals and clarifications.
• 
  Ability to contribute on internal and external audits efficiently.

Key Qualifications

• Master’s degree in commerce, Finance & Accounting
• 
  Relevant experience in Accounts payable for minimum 7 years.
• 
  Solid understanding of Fundamental Accounting concepts
• 
  Solid understanding of Procure to Pay / Accounts Payable cycle (Preferably US Accounting Experience)
• 
  Strong communication with foreign Stakeholders and vendor handling skills
• 
  Good communicator with fluency in business English (written and spoken)
• 
  Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
• 
  Willing and able to identify and support change and continuous improvements
• 
  Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment
