Job Summary:

A leading Biotech Healthcare organization is seeking to hire a qualified Chartered Accountant for the position of Assistant Manager – Finance. The incumbent will be responsible for managing financial operations of foreign subsidiaries, ensuring accurate reporting, effective budgeting, compliance with statutory requirements, and driving process efficiency through automation and SAP-based systems.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end financial operations of foreign subsidiaries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including consolidation and inter-company reconciliations, in line with IFRS/Ind AS standards.
• Develop and present MIS reports, budgets, and forecasts to management for strategic decision-making.
• Monitor subsidiary financial performance, analyze variances, and highlight key business risks or opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors to ensure smooth completion of audits and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage SAP-based accounting and financial transactions, ensuring data integrity and system efficiency.
• Support treasury operations, including cash flow planning, foreign exchange management, and fund transfers.
• Drive process improvement and automation initiatives in financial reporting and control frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and international accounting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting, financial governance, and strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) – mandatory.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in accounting, finance, or audit roles (preferably with exposure to international operations).
• Strong working knowledge of SAP (FI/CO modules), consolidation, and MIS reporting.
• Sound understanding of IFRS/Ind AS, accounting principles, and financial analysis.
• Experience in managing foreign subsidiary accounts or multinational environments preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and time zones.
