The Opportunity

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 2-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

1. Accounting & Invoicing

• Record and pass day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP.
• Prepare and raise sales invoices accurately and timely.

2. Accounts Payables

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely, verifying compliance with financial policies and contractual obligations.
• Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment issues and discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain AP records and ensure timely payments while adhering to cash flow management practices.

3. Financial Operations

• Assist in month-end closing activities related to AR and AP.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Assist in GST filings, Income Tax workings, and related compliance.

Requirements

• Education: B.Com with CA Inter
• Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, and Income Tax compliance.
• Must have good communication and excel skills
• Hands-on experience with audits, and schedule preparation.
• Self Starter & ability to work under tight deadlines
