Assistant Manager Finance

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager – Finance will be responsible for managing key financial functions including TDS compliance, accounts reconciliation, GST filing, Form 16 issuance, bank reconciliation, market capitalization monitoring, income tax matters, and accounts payable. The role demands a thorough understanding of accounting principles and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should be CA Inter qualified with strong knowledge of SAP FICO and advanced Excel skills. This position reports directly to the Manager – Accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate deduction, deposit, and filing of

  TDS

  .
• Perform

  accounts reconciliation

  for various ledgers and balance sheets.
• Handle

  GST

  compliance including return filing and reconciliation.
• Manage the preparation and issuance of

  Form 16

  for employees.
• Conduct regular

  bank reconciliations

  and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor and report on

  market capitalization

  and related financial metrics.
• Assist in

  Income Tax

  planning, compliance, and documentation.
• Manage

  accounts payable

  processes ensuring timely payments and vendor reconciliation.
• Collaborate with the Manager Accounts to streamline finance operations.
• CAPEX , balance confirmation (inter company)
• Maintain financial data accuracy using

  SAP FICO

  .
• Prepare complex reports and analyze data using

  advanced Excel

  tools and functions.

Qualification & Skills:

• CA Inter qualified.
• Proven experience with

  SAP FICO

  module.
• Strong command of

  advanced Excel

  (pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, etc.).
• Good knowledge of TDS, GST, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
