About the Role:


Key Responsibilities:

1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

● Identify and engage with potential clients across industries (startups, corporates, brands, institutions).

● Execute outreach strategies tailored to different sectors, showcasing our integrated service capabilities.

● Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline through networking, referrals, digital outreach, and events.


2. Consultative Selling & Service Positioning

● Understand client business models, challenges, and goals to recommend tailored solutions.

● Develop and pitch bundled service offerings (e.g., SEO + Creative + Ads or PR + Events + Consulting).

● Prepare persuasive presentations, customized proposals, and case studies.


3. Relationship Management

● Build strong, trust-based relationships with clients to drive retention and long-term value.

● Act as a liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.

● Conduct regular client reviews to identify upselling opportunities.


4. Market Research & Competitive Insights

● Stay updated on industry trends in digital, PR, and experiential marketing.

● Benchmark competitors and identify positioning strategies to stand out.

● Share actionable market insights and client feedback with leadership for service innovation.


5. Revenue Growth & Sales Reporting

● Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

● Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline status, and forecasts in CRM tools.

● Report performance metrics to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning. Performance KPIs: ● Revenue: Achievement of sales targets (monthly, quarterly, annual).

● Pipeline: Lead generation, conversion rates, and funnel health.

● Client Metrics: Client retention rate, upsell ratio, NPS/client satisfaction.

● Service Adoption: Cross-sell success across all 7 verticals.


Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:

● 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or marketing services.

● Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Excel/Google Sheets.

● Solution-oriented mindset with a good understanding of integrated marketing/communications.

● Ability to pitch complex service offerings as unified value propositions.

● Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities. Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience in a marketing agency or advertising/PR firm.

● Prior exposure to selling bundled marketing services or consultative selling.

● Understanding of digital marketing, PR, or event management industries.
