Designation :- Area Manager Working Shift 12 Hours Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – Area Manager (Final Version) Sales Leadership and Target Achievement Take complete ownership of sales targets across multiple locations. Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to maximize revenue, increase market share, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Operational Management and Excellence Ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and adherence to SOPs across all assigned showrooms/outlets. Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and profitability. Team Leadership, Development & Succession Planning Lead, mentor, and develop Assistant Area Managers, Floor Managers, and Kitchen/Operations staff. Build a strong pipeline of future leaders through systematic performance management, coaching, and succession planning initiatives. Recruitment Support & Manpower Planning Forecast manpower requirements, support recruitment activities in collaboration with HR, and ensure deployment of the right talent across locations. Monitor staffing levels and take corrective actions to ensure optimum productivity. Showroom Training & New Product Awareness Design and drive training programs focused on customer service, product knowledge, operational excellence, and showroom behavior. Ensure all team members are updated about new product launches and are capable of communicating USPs effectively to customers. Festive & Occasional Showroom Decoration Planning Develop and oversee showroom decoration and thematic setup plans during festivals, promotions, and special occasions to enhance customer engagement and brand presence. Customer Experience Management Monitor customer feedback, grievance redressal timelines, and satisfaction scores across all locations. Implement initiatives that consistently improve NPS (Net Promoter Score) and overall brand reputation. Food Safety, Hygiene, and Compliance Oversight Conduct hygiene audits in kitchen and service areas. Monitor kitchen SOP adherence, food shelf life, cleaning routines, and staff hygiene standards. Ensure complete compliance with food safety, kitchen SOPs, and FSSAI guidelines. Oversee training and follow-up programs for Floor Managers and Kitchen Staff on Kitchen SOPs, Food Production SOPs, and Equipment Handling . Temperature Monitoring Compliance Ensure strict monitoring of food storage and kitchen temperature checks, with photographic evidence recorded three times daily (8:00 AM, 2:00 PM, and 10:00 PM) . Review and verify temperature logs regularly. Application Download Tracking (Daily) Monitor and report the daily count of the company’s mobile application downloads from each showroom . Coordinate with showroom teams to ensure proactive customer engagement and app promotion. Inventory Management and Cost Control Implement effective stock management practices to minimize wastage, prevent pilferage, and optimize inventory costs. Ensure equipment maintenance and timely repairs to avoid downtime. Budget Management and Financial Control Monitor operational budgets at each location. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure profitability goals are met without compromising service quality. Market Intelligence and Competitive Analysis Stay updated on market trends, emerging competition, customer behavior, and innovations. Share insights with management and recommend actionable strategies to maintain competitive advantage. Business Reporting and MIS Ensure accurate and timely submission of daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering sales, customer service, inventory, manpower, hygiene audits, and expenses. Provide data-driven recommendations to management. Compliance and Legal Adherence Ensure compliance with all statutory laws, labor regulations, food safety norms, and internal company policies across all locations. Audit Readiness Maintain a high level of audit readiness across all showrooms, including operational audits, safety audits, financial audits, and food safety inspections. Additional Responsibilities Undertake any other jobs related to showroom and operations as instructed personally by senior management , ensuring alignment with organizational goals and maintaining high professional standards.
