Area Manager

Role Objectives

• Oversee and manage the operations of multiple hotel properties within the assigned area.
• Ensure consistent service excellence and operational standards across all locations.
• Lead and mentor hotel managers, driving team performance and customer satisfaction.
• Optimize revenue, occupancy, and profitability while maintaining compliance with corporate policies.

Core Deliverables

• Supervise and guide Hotel Managers / Property Managers across assigned locations.
• Monitor front office, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services for consistency.
• Review and control budgets, costs, and P&L performance for each property.
• Ensure health, safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance across all units.
• Conduct regular audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
• Address guest escalations at an area level and ensure long-term solutions.
• Drive business growth strategies, marketing initiatives, and local promotions.
• Implement training programs to enhance service quality and staff development.
• Prepare and present area-level reports on KPIs, revenue, occupancy, and guest satisfaction.

Skills Required

Mandatory:

• Proven leadership and multi-team management skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
• Deep understanding of hotel operations across departments (FOH, BOH, F&B, Guest Services)
• Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving and crisis management skills

Preferred (Add-on):

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint) for reporting
• Knowledge of PMS systems, hotel ERP, or CRM tools
• Financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and revenue management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
