- Lead the strategy, design, and implementation of AI/ML and automation solutions aligned with enterprise and customer objectives.
- Partner with business and technology leaders to translate AI opportunities into actionable outcomes.
- Drive AI adoption and evangelism across internal teams, Oracle partners, and customer ecosystems.
- Build proofs of concept, develop reusable solution components, and guide production deployment of AI solutions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and engineers to ensure scalable, secure, and ethical AI deployments.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends and identify opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and differentiation.
- Represent the organization at industry forums, customer briefings, and thought leadership sessions.
Experience Level
- Minimum 10+ years overall experience, including at least 2 years in AI/ML.
- Exceptional candidates with less experience but strong aptitude and innovation potential may also be considered.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven expertise in AI/ML solution design, automation, and data-driven innovation.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML cloud platforms: OpenAI, Azure AI, AWS AI/ML, or Google Cloud AI.
- Proficiency in Python or Java, with experience in AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Deep understanding of CX transformation or Enterprise Architecture principles.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical execution.
- Excellent networking and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to engage clients, partners, and AI communities.
