About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic AI Lead to drive the development and implementation of AI-powered solutions. This role involves leading a team of engineers and data scientists to build scalable AI applications, architect intelligent systems, and ensure seamless integration with business processes. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in LLMs, LangChain, OpenAI Function Calling, and modern AI frameworks, along with leadership experience in managing AI projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of AI-driven solutions for business applications.
• Manage and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists.
• Architect and implement AI agents, chatbots, and virtual assistants using LLMs and embeddings.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security of AI systems in production.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to define AI strategy and roadmap.
• Stay updated with AI advancements and guide adoption of best practices.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and optimization of AI models across environments.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and governance standards.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in leading AI/ML teams and projects.
• Strong expertise in LangChain, OpenAI Function Calling, AutoGen, and similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and AI agent architectures.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and scripting languages.
• Experience with AWS (mandatory) for deploying and managing AI solutions.
• Knowledge of API integration, microservices architecture, and system design.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Advanced NLP techniques and frameworks.
• Familiarity with Azure or Google Cloud.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Understanding of MLOps and automation tools for scaling AI models.

Education & Experience

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Experience: 812 years overall, with at least 4–6 years in AI lead(Hands on) roles Certifications: AWS (mandatory), Azure or Google Cloud (preferred), AI-related certifications are a plus.
