Role Summary

We are hiring a hands-on, creative and data-driven AGM / GM – Global Demand Generation, Brand & Marketing Operations

Key Responsibilities

1️⃣

·      Convert Group revenue goals into clear demand-gen and meeting targets

annual & quarterly demand-gen plans

CMO, Founders and BD heads

2️⃣ Brand, Image & Online Reputation

·      Own the digital brand narrative

improve ratings & reviews

improve genuine feedback and perception

social media, landing pages and review platforms

3️⃣ Hands-on Performance Marketing & Campaigns

·      Design, launch and optimise campaigns across: Google Ads / Bing

LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Apollo.io / ZoomInfo (or similar)

social media & email/SMS marketing managers

4️⃣ Landing Pages, Lead Capture & CRO

·      Own landing page & funnel strategy for BPO services, products and IT services

high-conversion, on-brand landing pages

A/B tests

5️⃣ Funnel Ownership: Lead → MQL → SQL → Meeting → Closure

·      Define/refine MQL & SQL

Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Apollo, ZoomInfo, website, content, events and tender portals (GeM, BidPrime, TenderTiger etc.)

clear ownership, SLAs and cadences

·      Track and improve:

Lead → MQL → SQL → Meeting → Proposal → Win

ROI, cost-per-meeting, cost-per-win

6️⃣ Marketing Ops & Collaboration with Zoho RevOps

·      Partner with AGM/GM – CRM & Revenue Operations (Zoho)

Zoho One / Zoho CRM

Define fields, statuses, scoring, automations and dashboards.

Zoho / HubSpot / similar CRM

7️⃣ Inside Sales / SDR Engine

·      Work with CMO & BD heads to design/refine the SDR/inside sales model

no lead is left unattended

8️⃣ Analytics, Reporting & Governance

·      Lead weekly/monthly demand-gen, brand and funnel reviews

insights and next steps

Required Experience

·      8–12 years

creating qualified leads, meetings and pipeline

IT services / SaaS / BPO / Tech/Product

brand & reputation building

Must-Have Skills

·      Hands-on expertise with: Google Ads

·      Practical exposure to:

Apollo.io / ZoomInfo (or similar)

Zoho CRM / HubSpot / Salesforce

·      Strong understanding of:

UTMs, attribution, funnel metrics, CPL, CAC, SQL-to-win, ROAS

Excel/Sheets

sales/BD, SDRs and RevOps/CRM owners

Nice-to-Have

·      Tender/RFP-based demand-gen (e.g. GeM, BidPrime, TenderTiger

Zapier/Make

CX/contact-centre tech, AI/ML products, analytics

·      Online reputation management experience (Google, AmbitionBox, Glassdoor, Justdial).
