Role Overview

smart, hands-on Administrative & Operations Executive


This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to problem solver — handling vendors, sourcing materials, ensuring timely deliveries, and keeping operations smooth and cost-efficient.

You’ll work closely with the leadership team and have visibility across functions — administration, vendor management, logistics, and facilities.


Key Responsibilities


Administration & Facility Management

  • Manage day-to-day office and facility operations (maintenance, supplies, courier, utilities, etc.)
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs, rentals, and upkeep.
  • Handle office inventory, petty cash, reimbursements, and admin documentation.


Procurement & Sourcing

  • Source and negotiate with vendors for packaging, printing, POSM, gifting, and raw materials (for the cocktail mixer brand).
  • Compare quotations, finalize suppliers, and ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain a vendor database with updated rate cards and performance records.


Logistics & Inventory Management

  • Oversee dispatch coordination with logistics partners (Delhivery, Shiprocket, etc.)
  • Track packaging and finished goods inventory; maintain accurate movement logs.
  • Support marketing and events team with procurement of materials and giveaways.


Vendor & Operations Support

  • Build strong vendor relationships; ensure timely payments and service quality.
  • Prepare purchase orders, collect invoices, and coordinate with accounts.
  • Support internal teams in sourcing products or services as needed.


Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.Com / BBA / Operations / Supply Chain preferred)
  • 2–5 years of experience in

    administration, procurement, or operations

  • Strong negotiation, coordination, and problem-solving skills

  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and basic vendor documentation

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask
