Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager, based in Delhi, India. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee relations, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee relations, recruitment, and HR policies
• Payroll management experience
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India
