Department: Client Servicing & OperationsLocation: Ahmedabad (Hybrid / Onsite)Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹50,000/month

(based on experience and marketing tech skillset)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (2 Saturdays off per month)

Role Objectives

bridge between our clients, creative/media teams, and management

You’ll oversee client communication, delivery timelines, reporting, renewals, and service quality — while maintaining a 360° view of accounts, payments, and team coordination.

You’re the COO for each client account.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day communication with clients (WhatsApp, email, and calls).
  • Coordinate ad creatives, media plans, and brand materials with internal teams.
  • Track and ensure timely approvals on designs, strategies, and monthly marketing plans.
  • Conduct weekly performance reviews and summarize key actions for clients.

Campaign & Delivery Oversight

  • Track performance marketing metrics (leads, CPL, conversions, etc.).
  • Liaise with design and ad teams to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Plan and finalize next-month strategies in sync with the strategy team.

Payment & Account Management

  • Track client billing cycles, renewal dates, and outstanding balances.
  • Coordinate with accounts for invoicing and payment follow-ups.
  • Ensure renewal confirmations and maintain financial discipline for every project.

Client Success & Relationship Building

  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer new service suggestions (upsells).
  • Maintain client happiness score and follow-up rhythm.
  • Balance client satisfaction with agency profitability and workflow integrity.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain all client project records: media plans, invoices, strategies, and reports.
  • Update CRM (HubSpot) regularly with project progress and renewal status.
  • Generate weekly client summary dashboards and send to management.

Vendor & Team Coordination

  • Manage timelines and approvals with design vendors, ad managers, and content suppliers.
  • Ensure deliverables are met as per brand and performance standards.

Required Skills & QualitiesExperience & Background

  • 2–5 years of experience in client servicing, digital marketing coordination, or project management.
  • Preferred industry:

    Advertising, Digital Marketing, or Real Estate Digital Marketing
