Role Overview You’ll own the sales cycle from discovery to closure —targeting builders, real estate developers, and property consultants. Your strength will lie in consultative selling , not pushing services. You’ll be trusted with shaping perception, pitching ROI, and unlocking deals worth ₹6L+/month. Key Responsibilities Qualify inbound/outbound leads via discovery sessions. Understand client pain points and recommend appropriate funnel strategies. Lead proposal creation with the strategist and delivery teams. Manage deal negotiations and decision-maker relationships. Build a healthy sales pipeline (₹1 Cr+ rolling at any time). Create pitch documentation, case studies, and pricing structures. Collaborate with CSMs to ensure successful onboarding and handover. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) High-ticket Deals Closed/Quarter: 5-8 Deal Size Range: ₹3–12L/month Pipeline Value Maintained: ₹1 Cr+ Discovery-to-Closure Conversion Rate > 25% Requirements 3–6 years in B2B/enterprise sales (preferably marketing or SaaS).
