Account Manager

Location: Kerala (Kerala-based candidates preferred)

About the Role:

Beyond Agency is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee client relationships and ensure smooth coordination between our creative and marketing teams. The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, understand their goals, and deliver projects on time while maintaining strong communication and trust.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through effective communication.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, marketing) to ensure timely project delivery.
• Understand client needs and propose creative or strategic solutions.
• Track project performance, timelines, and budgets.
• Prepare and present progress reports, proposals, and campaign summaries.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell agency services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or a similar role (preferably in a marketing or advertising agency).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative and technical teams.
• Kerala-based candidates preferred.
