Role Summary

We’re looking for a skilled Zoho Creator Developer to join our team in Moga, Punjab. In this role, you will design, build and implement applications on the Zoho platform (Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, Zoho Flow, Zoho One) that support and optimise our business operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into functional solutions, maintain and enhance workflows, integrate with other platforms, troubleshoot issues, and make performance-optimisations.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop and implement custom applications using Zoho Creator tailored to business process requirements.

Configure and manage Zoho Analytics dashboards and reports to provide business insights.

Develop and maintain integrations between Zoho applications (Zoho Flow, Zoho One) and external systems/APIs.

Conduct data migration tasks and ensure accuracy, integrity and optimal structure of data within Zoho-platform environments.

Develop and maintain workflow automation, business logic, custom functions and scripting within Zoho applications.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, bugs or performance bottlenecks in existing applications.

Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse processes/data models, and translate into software solutions.

Document application architecture, workflows, integrations and ensure maintainability of the system.

Collaborate with other teams (operations, logistics, IT) to ensure the solutions align with organisational goals and support 24/7 freight-movement operations.

Stay up to date with Zoho platform updates/features and recommend new functionalities/improvements.

Qualifications & Skills

Must-haves:

Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Zoho Creator development (custom applications, form/report design, scripting).

Experience with Zoho Analytics (creating dashboards, reports, data models).

Experience with Zoho Flow (or other workflow/automation tools) and managing Zoho One ecosystems.

Skilled in external API integrations, data migration and database/data modelling.

Solid problem-solving, debugging and troubleshooting capabilities.

Understanding of business processes, especially in a logistics or operational environment, plus ability to model data accordingly.

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to gather requirements and work with stakeholders and technical teams.

Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and operate in a (predominantly) on-site work environment.

Desirable (nice-to-have):

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline.

Prior experience with Zoho CRM (customisation, integration) or similar platforms.

Experience in a logistics, supply-chain or freight-movement business domain.

Exposure to agile methodologies or structured development lifecycles.
