Zoho Creator Developer

As a Zoho Creator Developer at Transway Group in Moga, Punjab, you will play a crucial role in designing, building, and implementing applications on the Zoho platform to support and optimize our business operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and implementing custom applications using Zoho Creator tailored to business process requirements. - Configuring and managing Zoho Analytics dashboards and reports to provide essential business insights. - Developing and maintaining integrations between Zoho applications (Zoho Flow, Zoho One) and external systems/APIs. - Conducting data migration tasks and ensuring accuracy, integrity, and optimal structure of data within Zoho-platform environments. - Developing and maintaining workflow automation, business logic, custom functions, and scripting within Zoho applications. - Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, bugs, or performance bottlenecks in existing applications. - Working with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes/data models, and translate them into software solutions. - Documenting application architecture, workflows, integrations, and ensuring the maintainability of the system. - Collaborating with other teams (operations, logistics, IT) to ensure the solutions align with organizational goals and support 24/7 freight-movement operations. - Staying up to date with Zoho platform updates/features and recommending new functionalities/improvements. Qualifications & Skills: Must-haves: - Strong proficiency and hands-on experience with Zoho Creator development (custom applications, form/report design, scripting). - Experience with Zoho Analytics (creating dashboards, reports, data models). - Experience with Zoho Flow (or other workflow/automation tools) and managing Zoho One ecosystems. - Skilled in external API integrations, data migration, and database/data modeling. - Solid problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting capabilities. - Understanding of business processes, especially in a logistics or operational environment, plus ability to model data accordingly. - Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to gather requirements and work with stakeholders and technical teams. - Ability to work independently, take ownership of tasks, and operate in a (predominantly) on-site work environment. Desirable (nice-to-have): - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. - Prior experience with Zoho CRM (customization, integration) or similar platforms. - Experience in a logistics, supply-chain, or freight-movement business domain. - Exposure to agile methodologies or structured development lifecycles.
