Your key responsibilities will include: - Being the initial point of contact for customer queries through phone and email. - Cultivating positive relationships with clients through timely updates and issue resolution. - Collaborating with internal teams such as operations, dispatch, and visibility to address service-related concerns. - Assisting with account setup, documentation, and order processing. - Managing escalations and maintaining proactive communication with customers. - Aiding in the onboarding process for new clients and guiding them on our services. - Documenting customer interactions and accurately recording them in CRM systems. - Collecting feedback and providing insights to management for enhancing the customer experience. To excel in this role, you should possess: - A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Logistics, or a related field. - 2-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or logistics support. - Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset. - Knowledge of North American Trucking operations is advantageous. - The capability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
