Role Description

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a key role in providing excellent consultation services to clients and managing travel arrangements for memorable experiences. Daily responsibilities include crafting customized travel itineraries, assisting with reservations, handling customer inquiries, and overseeing travel management processes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide expert Travel Consulting to the customer
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling Reservations
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Previous experience in the travel and tourism industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
