As a Customer Relations Specialist (B2B) at our Gurugram office, your role will involve being the primary point of contact for B2B clients in the EdTech/SaaS industry. Your focus will be on nurturing existing client relationships, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience for our partners. **Key Responsibilities:** - Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients. - Manage post-sales communication and ensure client satisfaction. - Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner. - Maintain and track client interactions and feedback for service improvement. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients. - Build strong relationships to retain clients and increase renewal/conversion rates. **Qualifications Required:** - 13 years of proven experience in Customer Service/Client Relations in the B2B segment. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple clients and resolve issues with a customer-first approach. - Prior experience in the EdTech or SaaS domain will be preferred. - Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Please note that this role requires you to work from the office in Gurugram from Monday to Friday, between 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
