Job Title : Customer Relations Specialist (B2B) Location : Gurugram (Work from Office) Working Days : Monday to Friday Working Hours : 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Experience Required : 1–3 years (Must have B2B Sales/Client Management experience) Industry : EdTech / SaaS About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relations Executive who has hands-on experience in handling B2B clients. You will be responsible for nurturing existing client relationships, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a seamless experience for our partners. Key Responsibilities:  Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients.  Manage post-sales communication and ensure client satisfaction.  Address and resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner.  Maintain and track client interactions and feedback for service improvement.  Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions for clients.  Build strong relationships to retain clients and increase renewal/conversion rates. Requirements:  1–3 years of proven experience in Customer Service / Client Relations in B2B segment.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to manage multiple clients and resolve issues with a customer-first approach.  Prior experience in the EdTech or SaaS domain will be preferred.  Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
