Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and close sales for digital marketing services. Bring sponsorship deals from brands for artists and live events. Conduct cold calls, follow-ups, and maintain client relationships. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Work closely with the marketing and events team to create brand partnerships. Requirements: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales (digital marketing/advertising/media industry preferred). Fluency in English, Hindi, and Assamese. Strong cold-calling and business development skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities. Goal-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
